في إطار استكمال الجهود المبذولة لتنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من مشروع مدينة السلطان هيثم، وبهدف تعزيز خدمات الرعاية الصحية، وقعت وزارة الصحة اتفاقية لتقديم الخدمات الهندسية الاستشارية مع شركة “رينارديه إس إيه” وشركائها للاستشارات الهندسية، لتصميم المركز الوطني لصحة المرأة والطفل، بتكلفة تتجاوز 1.3 مليون ريال عماني، ووقّع الاتفاقية من جانب وزارة الصحة سعادة سليمان بن ناصر الحجي وكيل وزارة الصحة للشؤون الإدارية والمالية بحضور معالي الدكتور خلفان بن سعيد الشعيلي وزير الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني ومعالي الدكتور هلال بن علي السبتي وزير الصحة.
تهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرأة والطفل، مما يعكس التزام المدينة بتوفير رعاية صحية متميزة وشاملة لجميع أفراد المجتمع، مع التركيز على صحة المرأة والطفل. من المتوقع أن يلعب هذا المركز دورًا محوريًا في تقديم خدمات صحية متكاملة ومتميزة.
وتشمل الاتفاقية تقديم خدمات استشارية، وإجراء الدراسات والمسوحات، وتحديد مكونات المشروع، بالإضافة إلى تصميم المخططات الرئيسية وتصميم المركز في مدينة السلطان هيثم.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقيات ضمن الجهود المبذولة المشتركة بين وزارة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني ووزارة الصحة بهدف توفير بيئة صحية داعمة للنشاط والحيوية في المدينة، حيث تم التوقيع على اتفاقية بناء مستشفى مرجعي بطاقة استيعابية تبلغ 800 سرير، بالإضافة إلى المركز الوطني لصحة المرأة والطفل بطاقة استيعابية تصل إلى 500 سرير وبقيمة اسثمارية تتجاوز 90 مليون ريال عماني.
كما خصصت المدينة مساحة تبلغ مليون متر مربع للرعاية الصحية، وتشمل المستشفى المرجعي والمركز الوطني لصحة المرأة والطفل وكلية عمان الصحية و المعهد العالي للعلوم الصحية والمجلس العماني للاختصاصات الطبية، بالإضافة إلى تخصيص مساحة أكثر من 63 ألف متر مربع مخصصة لأراضي تابعة للمراكز الصحية ضمن المرحلة الأولى من تنفيذ المدينة.
Signing of the Engineering Consulting Services Agreement for Designing the National Center for Women’s and Children’s Health in Sultan Haitham City
In a significant step towards advancing the development of Sultan Haitham City, the Ministry of Health signed an agreement for engineering consulting services to design the National Center for Women and Children’s Health. This agreement marks a key milestone in the ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare services within the city.
The agreement was formalized with “Renaud & Associates Sa” and their Partners, with a cost exceeding OMR 1.3 million, the agreement was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Health by HE Suleiman bin Nasser Al Hajji, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Administrative and Financial Affairs, in the presence of HE Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and HE Dr. Hilal bin Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health.
The aim of this agreement is to improve the quality of healthcare services for women and children, reflecting the city’s commitment to providing exceptional and comprehensive care for all community members, with a focus on women and children health. the center is expected to play a pivotal role in offering integrated and outstanding healthcare services.
The agreement includes providing consulting services, conducting studies and surveys, defining project components, and designing the master plans and the center within Sultan Haitham City.
These agreements are part of the joint efforts between the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Ministry of Health to create a supportive and vibrant healthcare environment in the city as an agreement was also signed for the construction of a reference hospital with a capacity of 800 bed and the National Center for Women’s and Children’s Health with a capacity of 500 beds, with an investment value exceeding OMR 90 million.
The city allocated an area of 1 million square meter for healthcare facilities, including the Reference Hospital, the National Center for Women’s and Children’s Health, Oman Health College, the Higher Institute of Health Sciences, and the Oman Medical Specialty Board. Additionally, an area of more than 63,000 square meters was allocated as lands for health center within the first phase of the city’s implementation.
